Local farmers with a surplus of produce are encouraged to contact Forks & Corks for purchase.
From the restaurants:
"While we are forced to close the doors of our restaurants, we are extremely humbled to be able to redirect our time, energy and resources to uplifting our community in this extremely difficult time.
We are indescribably grateful for the outpouring of offers of donations from other local businesses, however we do not have the ability to take physical donations at this time. If you would like to help, please consider giving to It's On Us Corvallis, who is generously coordinating monetary donations so that we can continue to cook and distribute these meals in this time of need.
Gratefully,
Jacob, Jeff, Morgan, & Kate"
IOU is asking for donations to support the businesses and producers that participate in donating these meals to evacuees.
